Sales Supervisor/Sales Executive
IDR 8,000,000/month+Bonus + Team Benefit Share (Yearly)
Up to 40,000,000/month in total

Job Responsibility
  • Make sales calls to new and existing clients, schedule sales activity
  • Frequently visit customer and daily manage team
  • Develop and make presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients
  • Develop and maintain a customer database
  • Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports
  • Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development
  • Responsible for sales strategy development and target attainment
  • Required to work with limited daily supervision. Adhere to company guidelines and policies
Job Requirements
  • At least 1 year sales experience in the consumer electronics products industry.
  • Good command of Bahasa and Mandarin. English is a plus.
  • Degree or diploma in marketing or sales, passion for sales work.
  • Have strong dedication to work, dare to challenge
  • Excellent customer relations skills with willingness to do what it takes
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Familiar with MS Office
  • Prioritizing, time management skills
